The Sunday after Christmas, I encouraged you all to find a Bible Reading Plan for the New Year that would fit your schedule and personality. Our desire is to imitate the twelve-year Jesus who loved learning and teaching about the Father as he “sat among the teachers” in the Temple (Luke 2:46). I mentioned the Crossways Books resource page that offers twelve different plans that can be downloaded, added to your iCal or Google calendar, subscribed in a podcast feed, emailed, or printed. Also, Fr. Scott mentioned the YouVersion app that has dozens of plans that can be read, or heard, from your mobile phone. If you like the English Standard Version (ESV), (I am now preaching from the ESV with the new Crossway Heirloom Wide-Margin Bible you guys gifted me) their app is very clean and offers several reading schedules. I remember when all I had was a pamphlet of the McCheyne Bible Reading Plan and now so many different plans are offered through so many different formats.
I pray that you will find a reading plan that fits your needs,
